Overview of FCTC Article 6 Guidelines at COP6

This presentation was given at the 6th Session of the Conference of Parties (COP6) to the World Health Organization’s Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) in Moscow, Russia, on October 13, 2014. Dr. Frank J. Chaloupka, technical adviser to the drafting group, provides an overview of the guidelines of Article 6 on price and tax measures to reduce the demand for tobacco.
