The policy has been implemented to manage the fund collected from Health Development Surcharge and other sources. National Tobacco Control Cell (NTCC), Health Service Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare had notified the policy and has been published in Bangladesh Gazette on Wednesday, 8th November, 2017.
